This document is proof of prior reservation and permitted use of the listed pavilion. The Village is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to personal property. Veteran Memorial Park is here for the use and enjoyment of the entire public. The Village Council’s expectations are that those using the Park will demonstrate good citizenship, cooperation with fellow park users, and adhere to all park rules. PARK RULES: 1. Call 9-1-1 for all emergencies. 2. Park hours are sunrise to sunset. 3. Alcohol is prohibited on public property. 4. No firearms including sling shots, pellet and air guns. 5. All pets are to be on a leash not over 6 feet in length. 6. Parking allowed in designated areas only. No parking on grass. 7. Persons using the Pavilions are required to dispose of all trash and clean up all food and drink spills. 8. All off-the-road motorized vehicles are prohibited. 9. All disorderly conduct is in Violation of Village Ordinance Sec 18-46 and will be prosecuted. 10. No commercial or household refuse shall be abandoned or left in Park areas. 11. Contact Village Offices 517.851.7435 to reserve any Pavilion. Reservation Fees: Village Residents- $0 Reservation fee, $50.00 refundable deposit required*. Non-Village Residents- $75.00 Reservation fee, $50.00 refundable deposit required*. *Refundable Deposit. A security deposit in the amount of $50.00 (the “Deposit”), made by check and payable to Village of Stockbridge, must be submitted with this Agreement to reserve a Pavilion at the Veteran’s Park for an Event. The Deposit is refundable within seven (7) business days of the Event provided that the Pavilion Area is left clean and there is no damage to the pavilion and its contents.
